What we use
The site uses only what it needs to work.
- Session cookies: keep you signed in, if you have an account.
- Preference storage: remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
- Local storage for progress: saves which lessons you have completed and the code you wrote in each lab, in your own browser.
We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, this page will say so.
Third parties
Lesson films may be served from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced "no-cookie" mode) once the channel is live. The labs load the Python runtime (Pyodide) from a public CDN, which may log your IP address like any web server.
Managing them
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them signs you out and removes locally saved progress.
